What's new in 2024: 

• Apart from the Walk-In Pairs, all events have a $20 discount per person, if the entry fee is paid by 12 February 2024. The advertised entry fees below (program) are the non-discounted prices.
• No hard copy Entry Form. If posting entry, click here for a form for your entry.
• Bobby Richman Pairs reduced to 4 sessions however both Qualifying and Finals will be 3 board matches. 
• Bobby Richman Finals will be 10 tables, not 14 for 2024.
• Weekend Swiss abolished for 2024 and replaced with one day butler
• Seres McMahon abolished and replaced with Friday one day butler
• One session 0-50 Pairs abolished and replaced with 2 session event.
• Walk Ins every session.

QBA WELLNESS GUIDELINES: Players and officials are asked not to attend any event if they are infectious, or if they are supposed to be isolating or quarantining. Those who come to play and, feeling unwell, self-diagnose that they may be infectious, should inform the director and leave the venue.

Please wear a mask if you're unsure. Masks are available if you don't have one - ask at the GCC office.

The Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre (GCCEC) is located in Broadbeach, on Australia's Gold Coast in Queensland. It is a unique destination which caters for both leisure and business tourism. Close to a variety of accommodation, shopping, restaurants, nightlife, entertainment and 70 km's of pristine white sandy beaches.  How to get there

Transport to Broadbeach from Brisbane Airport: 

Train and tram is the cheapest way to get to Broadbeach - approximately $45 per person - Airtrain.com.au

Door to Door shuttle service - approximately $55 per person -  Con-X-ion 

Transport to Broadbeach from Gold Coast Airport: 

Taxi is approximately $55-$65

The Kombi Van will be open during the GCC. Café style take away food and drinks, including barista made coffee, will be available. There are numerous cafes a short walk from the GCCEC.
