GENERAL INFORMATION
BRIDGE NSW HAS DECIDED TO COMBINE THE REGIONAL FINALS FOR THE STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS FOR THE FIVE OUTER REGIONS INTO ONE ONLINE FINAL (ONE EACH FOR PAIRS AND TEAMS OF COURSE).
Entry as Club Representative Pairs and Teams has closed. Entry for Direct Entry ihas been extended to 14 September. Each of Pairs and Teams is being played as separate OPen, Under Grand Master and Under National Master fields unless the number of entries warrants the combination of tweo (or all three) adjacent fields. For clarity if there are only two teams for a teams Division this will be played as a head-to-head event.
This change will not affect a Region's right to be represented in the State Finals in each Division if the Region has an entry (Club Rep or Direct Entry) that played in the online Regional Final.
To qualify to represent the Region all members of the unit (Pair or Team) must be members of a club in the region - they do not need to be members of the same club!
