GENERAL INFORMATION
CONDITIONS
- This Congress is QBA approved and conducted under QBA regulations.
- RED Masterpoints at B4 level.
- Green, Blue and Red systems and Brown Sticker conventions and treatments permitted.
- Each player must have the currently approved ABF system card. Players are responsible for ensuring the correctness of their system classification.
- Smoking is not permitted in the playing area.
- Please adhere to the COVID safe rules displayed in the venue, or as directed on the day.
- If COVID restrictions change and entries are further limited, entrants will be determined on a last in, first out basis.
REGISTRATION AND ENTRY FEE
- Entry fee: $70 per pair $280 per team
- Payment must be received via MyABF before 5:00pm Friday 30th September.

LUNCH
- Lunch provided each day. Please email convenor if you have specific dietary requirements. We will help if we can.
- Refreshments will be available all day.
- Complimentary wine/savouries at end of each event (pairs and teams).
EVENT FORMAT
- Matchpoint pairs with 11x5-board rounds. (Estimated finish time for pairs is 5:00pm).
- Teams format is two-day event with 8x14-board matches.
- Director may vary the above formats if there is a lower than expected number of tables.
- Red masterpoints for each win plus top third of overall field.
PRIZES
- Generous cash prizes for championship and minor placings.
- The Director retains the right to divide the field for secondary prizes based on his original seeding.

Transport
Ample car parking is available.
Catering
- Lunch is provided on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
- Ample refreshments available at all times.
- Savouries and drinks at close of play on Saturday and Monday.
Additional Information
Smoking is not permitted in the clubrooms. There is a dedicated smoking area that visitors may use, or you may access Horn Park adjacent to the premises.
