GENERAL INFORMATION

SESSIONS


Swiss Pairs under 150 MPs:                                           Saturday 21st March - all day (09:30 am start) 

Swiss Open Pairs:                                                             Sunday 22rd March - all day (9.30 am start).

Masterpoint holdings at 1st October 2025 will be used to determine eligibility to play in the Saturday events.  


For Pairs under 150 MPs tournament prizes are awarded to outright winners as well as for the best pair under 50 MPs as at 1 October 2025 (minimum 4 entries) and a prize for the best unplaced club member. 

For the Sunday event prizes are awarded to outright winners as well as for the best under 150 MPs as at 1 October 2025 (minimum 4 entries) as and a prize for the best unplaced club member. 

No pair may win more than 1 prize.


Note that table numbers for the Sunday event will be limited to 30 tables (60 pairs)  

Registration and Payment

Entry is $20 (20 MyABF credits) per person for the Saturday event, and $40 (40 MyABF credits) per person  for the Sunday event. Registration is on MyABF and payment for all events must be made by using MyABF credits 


Registration and payment must be completed by Thursday 20 March at 23:59 for the Saturday event and Friday 21 March 23:59 for the Sunday event to allow enough time for the tournament director to set up the Swiss Pair movements

Prizes will be paid either by Bridge Credits or to the winners' bank accounts. So please make sure that you are able to give us the details on the day if you turn out to be a prize winner.

All players must have a Systems Card available for viewing by opponents.

Transport

There is plenty of parking on site, with some conveniently located ACROD bays. The Club is easily accessed by buses in both directions along Canning Highway.

Catering

For the Saturday and Sunday events bring your own lunch as there will be no lunch available for purchase at the venue. There are limited lunch options a few minutes walk away. Tea and biscuits will be available during breaks in play.

Snacks will be available following the afternoon sessions.

The bar will be open at appropriate times.

Additional Information

No food or drinks other than water are allowed in the playing rooms. If you want to drink tea or coffee while you play, bring along a spill proof cup with a screw lid
