Entry is guaranteed upon payment of your table fees. Once bookings nominally reach capacity, it will be the first fully paid entries in order of payment that will be accepted. All other entries will then be moved to a waiting list.

Transport
Limited parking is available onsite. A Sunday rate is available at $25 for the day.
Walking distance from Flinders Street, Southern Cross, and Flagstaff stations.
Catering
Lunch will be provided.
Any special dietary requirements must be lodged with the event organiser Stephanie Chen via email to stephanie_chen@racv.com.au by Wednesday August 19th.
