A System card by both players is required and is to be produced on request.

Entry to the Event entails a commitment to play every Session. Substitutes must be found by the player concerned and should be notified to the Director and Convener at least 24 hours prior to the Session. A substitute should be from one rank above to one rank below the absent player.

Gratis drinks and nibbles are available after the last Session.

Tea, coffee and biscuits are available after each match
