Event is conducted over three Wednesday afternoons. Play begins at 12:30.
Results will be announced after play on October 8th during the light refreshments.
Substitutions permitted as per BAWA regulations (See attached link).

Various shops are nearby on Broadway street if you wish to purchase lunch beforehand.
