GENERAL INFORMATION

The two days of the festival promotes country bridge in WA. There will be a Red Point pairs competition on the Saturday. Winners will be offered direct entry to the Interstate Open Team Selection Final. On the Sunday there will be a teams' competition, which will earn Gold Points and qualify the highest contenders for the GNOT Online Final. Players will need to indicate whether they will be contending on the day.

Newer and less experienced players are encouraged to enter and enjoy the camaraderie of an exclusively country event. As well as competing in the pairs and the teams, Restricted and Novice players will be eligible for additional prizes if there are sufficient enrolments for these categories.

All members of the following 12 clubs who declare they are permanent residents of the said region are eligible: Albany, Avon Valley, Bridgetown, Bunbury, Busselton, Denmark, Esperance, Geraldton, Kalgoorlie, Kendenup, Kojonup, Mandurah. The Metropolitan Area is defined as: the area bounded by Rockingham to the south, Mundaring to the East, and Yanchep to the North, or as determined from time to time by Council. By entering the event entrants are affirming their eligibility to play as a Country player.                BAWA Regulations Apply.
