The SBC Xmas in Winter Congress

Play in one-day or both days!

There will be two separate one-day events - Pairs on Saturday 3rd August and Teams on Sunday 4th August 2024. It requires different strategies in playing in Pairs and Teams. You can choose to play in just one day or play in both!

Playing in a two-day congress is a great way to build your match fitness. It sounds like a good idea to play cards cozy indoor in winter. Christmas / Winter themed refreshments throughout the play, and a delicious lunch will be provided in both days. 

Programmes

Pairs commences at 10.00am sharp on Saturday 3rd August for two sessions and Teams commences half an hour earlier at 9.30am on Sunday 4th August so players can travel home before dark. 

We plan to have separate fields for Novice & Restricted players. Prize money will depend on the number of entries.

Parking is available at Secure Parking, corner of Elizabeth Street and Goulburn Street. Weekend Specials at $15. If you travel and park in before weekend, validation ticket is available to purchase at cost price $17 from Sydney Bridge Centre.

There are free street parking close to Commonwealth Street on Sunday, please read signs.

Complimentary tea, instant coffee, Christmas / Winter themed refreshment throughout the play.

A delicious lunch will be provided on both days. Please indicate your dietary restriction when entered.
