CLUB LEVEL DIRECTORS COURSE

with Ian Lisle

This course will be given by Ian Lisle, Head of NSW Director Training and will deal with all aspects of directing needed to run the most basic sessions at club level.

It’s a great opportunity for players to understand the game from the law / regulation side. It’s also an essential course for players who would like to direct at Club level.

It will cover:

• Laws - the most common calls for the Director;
• Movements - simple Howell & Mitchell movements, basic team’s movements;
• Scoring - all aspects of matchpoint scoring.

At the conclusion of the course, a take-home exam will be available for those wishing to become qualified at Club level. 

• Date:  Friday 22nd March 2024, 10.00am – 3.30pm
• Venue: Sydney Bridge Centre, Level 1, 162 Goulburn Street, Surry Hills (Parking available at Secure Parking, corner of Elizabeth & Goulburn Street at $17 whole day)
• Cost:  $35 per person. FREE Tea, coffee and refreshment. Lunch available from the downstairs coffee shop. 
• Travel subsidy available from the State body to individual attendees.
